When you first start your online blog for earning income, it is a very good idea to establish the habit of making the format for your blogging content to keep the search engines happy. The SEO blog strategy starts with the title. After you have determined what your keyword phrase is (hopefully it has low competition and gets over 50 searches a day), you must put the phrase in the title of your blog post.  For best results, the phrase should be placed at the start of your title and have the first part of the title catering to the search engines, and then design the final part of the title so that it captures human emotion.

For instance: “Blogging Content: Tips For On Page SEO Blog Tips So You Soar Over Your Competition.” As you can see, the first part of the title includes “blogging content” (which is a keyword phrase that I selected that is search 5,400 times per month), and the final part of the title has been designed to appeal to reader who aren’t such which steps they should take first and need some guidance that is being provided in this article.

The next thing that you need to do is ensure that your keyword phrase is contained in the headings of your blogging content.

Your title is just the start. You must format your blog using three different kinds of headings that the search engines can see – H1, H2 and H3. These headings can be created by highlighting the section that you want to use as the heading, and then click the arrow underneath the paragraph tap on the top and click on one of the headings.

Great blogging content format, of course, dictates having several headings sprinkled throughout the post, with just a few sentences in each of the paragraphs. (That is appealing to most human eyes and is more likely that readers will remain on your blog and will keep reading if it seems like it is an “easy read.”)

However, for search engine purposes, you should ensure that your keyword phrase is incorporated into one of the H1, H2, or H3 headings.

Your keyword phrase, along with being in the headings, also should be contained in your blogging content’s first and final sentences.

Relevant blogging content will also have a 1-2% keyword density of your content.

So how can you tell what the keyword density is?  One easy way to tell is using the SEOpressor plugin tool that comes with your blog. This plugin will provide you with a “checklist” to ensure that you have remembered to do everything that is needed for your on-page SEO blogging content. Your keyword phrase should not be contained in over 5% of your total blogging content.

Pictures or images are critical for human eyes. However, it also is important for search engines to be able to “see” images.

After an image is loads, whenever you click on the “HTML” tab to see your codes, you will see there is code contained in your image such as “alt=”. After your keyword is inserted into this space, it informs the search engines that the content on your blog is relevant.

Your blogging content should be around 800 to 1500 words in length.

Gurus who are posting on purpose for profit advocate this length. Your content should be 800 words at least since you will be posting similar versions of it as well in article directories for that added SEO boost, and a majority of directories do not accept anything under 500 words.

Also, it should preferably be less than 2000 words, since the entire point of the article is getting people to read it in its entirety until they get to the “grand finale” – which is the link that goes to your “money page.”
